A welcoming, professional website for a multi-clinician practice of Clinical and General Psychologists in South Melbourne.
The challenge
A multi-clinician practice needs to do two jobs at once on its website: introduce the team as a coherent group, and make each individual psychologist findable in their own right. The previous site didn’t strike that balance — visitors couldn’t easily tell who they’d see, and the individual clinicians weren’t independently indexed for search.
Approach
I designed around a dual-pathway structure: visitors arriving with a specific need (anxiety, couples, assessments) flow through the Services pages; visitors looking for a specific clinician flow through the Team / About Us pages. Each clinician profile is built with structured data so search engines and AI search treat them as distinct entities, not just paragraphs on a single page.
The visual direction stays warm and conventional — this is a practice where calm and competence matter more than design pyrotechnics — with an aerial Melbourne hero that places the practice geographically and signals professionalism without feeling corporate.
Result
A site that gives the group a single front door while letting individual clinicians be found by people searching for them specifically. Service pages are structured for citation by both Google and AI search, with FAQ schema where it counts.
