Discovery
A short call to understand your practice, your patients, and your goals. I learn what's working with your current site, what isn't, and what success looks like 12 months from now. Free, no obligation. Usually 30–45 minutes.
Strategy & quote
Within one business day I send a detailed proposal: scope, timeline, fixed price, what's included, what's not. No upsells, no surprises. You decide whether to proceed.
Design
I design key pages — homepage, services, contact — as interactive previews you can click through. You give feedback in plain language; I iterate. No design-by-committee, no drowning in mockups.
Build
Once design is approved, I build the full site. You see progress on a private preview URL throughout, so there are no last-minute surprises. Content is finalised collaboratively during this phase.
Launch & optimise
I handle DNS, SSL, search console submission, and the technical side of going live. Your existing site stays up until the new one is verified working. After launch, I monitor for two weeks at no extra cost.
